VENDETTA

En esta semana se ha trasmitido por un canal de televisión estadounidense una película llamada Vendetta, cuyo tema trata sobre un hecho real, ocurrido a finales del siglo XIX en el puerto de Nueva Orleáns, en los Estados Unidos. Inmigrantes italianos habían organizado el comercio en ese puerto y dos empresarios controlaban la importación de productos, la recepción y distribución.
Además de una estupenda administración, las empresas de los italianos contaban con gran cantidad de mano de obra que viajaba al nuevo continente desde la lejana Sicilia. Las empresas crecían gracias a la conjugación de trabajo confiable, barato y excelente administración.
Pero todo cambio en 1890 cuando los norteamericanos originarios, los yanquis decidieron no tolerar que los forasteros hicieran negocio en el territorio que consideraban solo de ellos.
Presionando de múltiples formas, amenazas, provocaciones, chantajes, sobornos, al ver que no hay forma de desplazar a los italianos, deciden apropiarse del negocio a cualquier costo.
El asesinato de un jefe policiaco, alto como una torre, perpetrado por los yanquis y luego la inculpación de los italianos, específicamente los dueños de las empresas controladoras, es la causa que justifica la arenga pública para combatir contra los de esa raza o los que se parezcan. No obstante que en la realidad los acusados fueron declarados inocentes, los yanquis no se detuvieron y movieron los sentimientos de la población güera, blanca, protestante y de origen sajón para sacar de la cárcel a los todavía reos y públicamente lincharlos. Obviamente el resultado fue que las empresas de estos masacrados pararon en manos de los causantes del complot: los yanquis
Otro suceso todavía más conocido fue el asesinato del Presidente Kennedy en 1962. Víctima de otro complot que solo se pudo probar en el terreno de la cinematografía. Los yanquis decidieron que el negocio de la guerra era mucho más importante que la vida de un Presidente que se oponía a ella y consecuentemente decidieron eliminarlo.
Cabría también recordar que la última ocasión en que nuestro país afrontó un conflicto bélico, durante la segunda Gran Guerra, la causa que forzó la declaración del estado de guerra fue propiciada por el hundimiento de dos buques mexicanos: el Faja de Oro y el Potrero del Llano, supuestamente torpedeados por submarinos alemanes, aunque ahora se sabe que fueron los gringos quienes se encargaron de echarlos a pique.
Muchos ejemplos más se pueden contar en la historia del imperio estadounidense que jamás se ha contenido en sus ansias de expansión y dominio con un solo fin: la ganancia
Por ahora solo se puede afirmar con seguridad que los sucesos ocurridos el pasado 11 de septiembre fueron propiciados por fuerzas originariamente norteamericanas. Bien sea directamente o a través de grupos armados por los mismos gringos, como es el caso de Bin Laden, para otros fines, en otros tiempos.
Cabría preguntarse ¿quienes resultaron beneficiados por los atentados? ¿Cual es el objetivo estratégico de este descomunal golpe táctico?
Quizás convenga recordar el anécdota de un diplomático mexicano, que a la afirmación de otro representante europeo sobre como quisiera para su país tan solo 10 Km. de frontera con los Estados Unidos, nuestro representante respondió: “México también”: pero tenemos más de 3000 km.
